The FDA has sent a warning letter to Whole Foods regarding their disgusting kitchen for the food prep of the ready-to-eat meals that they sell.  The FDA originally took their concerns to Whole Foods in February, but they don't feel that the response from the company was adequate.  Condensation from the roof and pipes was seen dripping directly into the food prep areas around uncovered food.  There were also problems with the kitchen set-up and equipment, and some of the equipment tested positive for non-pathogenic forms of Listeria.  Whole Foods has 15 days to provide details to the FDA for each problem outlined, and how they were fixed, along with documentation.
