We have all done something creative to save a couple of dollars here and there. Extreme Couponing and Extreme Cheapskates are television shows that portray how far people go to save a buck, but maybe the ultimate budgeting strategies lies within the Millennials. A new study shows that more people under the age of 35-years-old shop at dollar stores while making well over 100-thousand-dollars per year! Is this cheap or just smart? Sam Cookney would probably agree that shopping at dollar stores is smart because he goes to an extreme length to save money. He was tired of the apartment prices in London and found a nice home in Spain, however he still has to show up for work in London. Cookney makes a 713-mile commute every day to work. He gets on a plane each morning and is seated at his desk at 9:30 am and swears he saves money while doing it!
