Today's OPP is from Ellie:

My friend was overweight and decided to go on a diet and start working out. That was about 8 months ago and she has lost close to 150 pounds. She constantly pushes herself harder and works out all the time. She never really eats a full meal and I worry that she’s pushing herself too hard, too fast. She says she feels good and has never been happier in her life but I don’t feel like that’s true. She used to be bubbly and social. Now all she does is worry about how long it’s been since she went to the gym and how many calories are in everything. I’m all for her losing the weight but I see a big crash coming on the horizon. Is it time to have a heart to heart with her and let her know that I’m worried about her and don’t think she’s going about this in a healthy way?

Do you think she should intervene or leave her friend be?
