Super Celebrities do exist. Hayes was a seven year old sitting in an airport when he spotted Roger Moore and just had to have his autograph. His grandpa walked him over to get his airplane ticket signed, when they got back to their seats he noticed his ticket was autographed “Roger Moore” instead of “James Bond”, and his heart broke. His grandpa heads back over to Roger Moore and tells him “He says you’ve signed the wrong name. He says your name is James Bond”. Roger Moore looks around him to make sure nobody is listening and whispers to Hayes, "I have to sign my name as 'Roger Moore' because otherwise...Blofeld might find out I was here.” leaving it their little secret. Years later Hayes is working with James Bond as a scriptwriter. Hayes shares his young memory with Roger Moore who claims he doesn’t remember the encounter in the airport. Later on that day when he was heading out, Roger Moore stops, looks around to make sure he’s clear, raises an eyebrow and whispers, "Of course I remember our meeting in Nice. But I didn't say anything in there, because those cameramen - any one of them could be working for Blofeld." Hayes states “I was as delighted at 30 as I had been at 7. What a man. What a tremendous man.”
